When releasing third-quarter 2004 results, ArvinMeritor announced light vehicle aftermarket sales were $224 million, almost flat when compared to last year''s third-quarter results. Operating income during the third quarter, the company added, was $4 million, down $6 million when compared to last year''s numbers.ArvinMeritor could very well benefit from focusing on its core assets, so a sale of its aftermarket property ip is anticipated.An August Reuters report posits the company may take advantage of the transaction activity among automotive suppliers, perhaps selling its light vehicle aftermarket to a private equity firm like Washington D.C.-based Carlyle Group or Cypress Group, the $3.5 billion firm slated to purchase Dana Corp.''s aftermarket division. An analyst in the report speculates that ArvinMeritor''s light vehicle aftermarket division would be valued between $450 and $500 million.

Another time it might be a good idea to have a 28" high Cart is if you have a very large monitor. If you place a large monitor at 35", you may find that it feels too high, so the 28" Cart could be a better choice. How much weight can the cart hold? I have lots and lots of equipment. The Cart will easily hold 150 pounds. If you need to put more weight on it, please let us know and we can work with our designers to make sure that we are making the best recommendation for you. Additionally, if your Cart will be holding quite a bit of weight or needs to be very mobile, you should consider upgrading the castors to a 4" castor which will provide more stability and make it the most easy to move. If you need to keep the Cart from being able to roll, you can order glides for the Cart instead of castors.
